NEW UPDATE ON SCHOOL CLOSINGS: Brevard Public Schools will be CLOSED through Thursday (9/5) due to Hurricane Dorian.

IMPORTANT SCHOOLS UPDATE: Brevard Public Schools will be CLOSED on Monday, Tuesday AND Wednesday due to Hurricane Dorian. This includes all schools and district-related offices. There will be no extra-curricular activities, sports or child care services through Wednesday. We will continue to keep our staff and families updated as we go along. In the meantime, please stay informed and stay safe.

Brevard Public Schools will be closed Tuesday, September 3 due to Hurricane Dorian. All school associated activities are cancelled beginning Saturday 8/31/19 through Tuesday 9/3/19. The district will continue to work collaboratively with Brevard County Emergency Management and other local agencies to monitor the storm’s progress to determine the best course of action for the safety of our students, staff and families we serve.

As always, we remain appreciative to those who serve in our county emergency management services as they lead hurricane protocol for our citizens. We will continue to work closely with leadership to keep you informed during this storm. We will be providing updates at midday and again at the end of the day with important information regarding Brevard Public Schools.
