Dear Parents and Especially The Saint Runners!!

Let the fun and fellowship begin.  I want to let you know that I am looking forward to working with your children this year and I am excited to help them grow into healthy athletes through running.  I will do my best to keep you informed of the practices and meets.  As it is now, we will be practicing Tuesday’s and meets vary on dates and will be located at other Brevard County Catholic schools. OSCS hopes to host our very own meet by year end!!  Bring the whole family out to cheer on the Saints. Cost $25/Athlete.

There are a few things to keep in mind to prepare your runner for a good day at the track.  First and foremost, keep them hydrated.  Have your Runner wear comfortable running shoes and clothes.  Practice begins right after school.  We will always gather first in the gym and go as a team to the track.  Practice ends promptly at 4:10.
